We are pleased to announce the opening of our room blocks for HDF 2025 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
HDF 2025 will be held in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem at the Benton Convention Center on January 16-20, 2025.
Using the booking link below, please make your plans to attend this year's festivities. Accommodations will be available at the following hotels: Marriott Hotel Winston-Salem, Embassy Suites Hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown, Hotel Indigo, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown, and the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. All of these hotels are within walking distance of the Benton Convention Center. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service will be provided throughout the event between these hotels and the Benton Convention Center for ease and access to HDF 2025.
All hotel reservations should be made through the HDF 2025 Visit Winston-Salem's Official Housing Site. Please do not contact the hotels directly, as you will not receive the best available rate for HDF 2025.
Please enter your arrival and departure dates once you are navigated to the website and click "Search." From there, you can view selected HDF 2025 hotels, including each property's rate, availability, and amenities.
Upon making a reservation, you will be required to provide a credit card in order to confirm the booking.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-night room stay and tax deposit will be charged to the credit card on file on Friday, November 15, 2024. Individual reservations MUST be canceled before Friday, November 15, 2024 to avoid penalties. Reservations canceled after Friday, November 15, 2024 will incur a non-refundable, one-night room stay and tax charge.
Once you've completed your reservation, you will receive an acknowledgment that your reservation has been received by our housing site and forwarded to your requested hotel. Once the hotel processes your reservation, you will receive an email with confirmation number and a link that you can use to cancel or make changes to your reservation. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
